GENERAL SHIPPING FAQ

IMPORTANT NOTE: We know how we all want your parcel ASAP. But please be informed that there will be a slight delay in our delivery services due to the nationwide Movement Control Order (MCO) and limitation in workforce to adhere with the SOPs set by the government. However, our warehouse team is working hard to ensure that you get your orders on time!

If you have #nochill (so relatable) and opted for Grab Express, you can expect to receive the parcel within 2 hours upon placing your order. Orders to be delivered within Malaysia will be shipped via express delivery which will take 1 - 3 working days. International delivery will take 3-5 working days. Not to worry, as you will receive an update on the delivery status once your order has been processed.

We’re just as excited as you are! But hang in there. Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times (or if you wanna stalk its journey). This tracking code will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk / Spam Mail just in case it's there!

Orders made before 3 PM will be completed on the day itself. For orders made after 3pm, it will be shipped the following day.

We’re so happy that you’re supporting LILIT. wherever you are in the world. Unfortunately, all taxes, duties and custom fees are borne by you. These charges vary widely from country to country and we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Please also note that LILIT. has no control over the fees imposed. Hence we are unable to reimburse the amount in any capacity.

With just a click of a button! Once you have received your tracking number via email, click “Track my parcel” to track the current status of your parcel on our website. You can also track the parcel at the courier's website too (just to make sure that it’s actually on the way).

It’s understandable that you want your parcel immediately and we can relate! The tracking number will be traceable once it has been collected and processed by the courier. Please do give it at least 24 hours to be processed on the courier’s end. If your order was completed during a weekend or public holiday, the tracking number will be traceable the next working day. Can’t wait for you to receive your pink parcel!
