How long does delivery takes?

We know you ladies love getting your items on the same day. So if you have opted for Grab Express, you can expect to receive the parcel within 2 hours upon placing your order. Delivery via Grab Express is available from 9am - 4pm on weekdays only (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders to be delivered within Malaysia will be shipped via express delivery which will take 1 - 3 working days. International delivery will take up to 10 working days in accordance with the selected delivery method for the country. Not to worry, as you will receive an update on the delivery status once your order has been processed.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

We’re just as excited as you are, but hang in there. Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk / Spam Mail just in case it's not in your inbox.

Orders made before 3PM will be completed on the day itself. For orders made after 3pm, it will be shipped on the following day.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Any charges for duties, taxes and custom fees must be borne by you. We cannot assume any delivery risk and responsibility on import clearance, duties and charges for international orders.

These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Please note that LILIT. has no control over the fees imposed. Therefore, we are unable to reimburse the amount in any capacity.

How do I track my orders?

With just a click of a button! Once you have received your tracking number via email, click “Track my parcel” to trace the current status of your parcel on our website. You can also track the parcel at the courier's website too.

How do my tracking number not traceable?

It’s understandable that you want your parcel immediately and we can relate! The tracking number will be traceable once it has been collected and processed by the courier. Please do give it at least 24 hours to be processed on the courier’s end. If your order was completed during the weekend or on public holiday, the tracking number will be traceable on the next working day.
